A solarpunk world imagined by queer artists, storytellers, and radicals crafting 1,000 years of collective struggle, joy, and repair.

We live in fragmented times, and many struggle to imagine a way forward. Astronaut Heart is a response to that crisis of imagination. The project is an invitation to be vulnerable, build community, and create hopeful futures through play.

The project began with something intimate: Astronaut Heart: Act 1, a poetic reflection on despair and healing. With Home New Earth, Astronaut Heart has become a collaborative worldbuilding experiment spanning 1,000 years of imagined solarpunk history, full of conflict, reconciliation, and repair.

As the project’s creator, I’ve invited queer artists, animators, storytellers, and activists to build this world together. We use custom game mechanics and narrative tools to explore pivotal events, forge cultures, and introduce challenges. Every contribution adds depth; nothing is erased, only built upon. The result is a living, breathing world rooted in care, creativity, and resistance.
